Bill's second book, High-Trust Leadership, co-authored with Norman Levine, outlines a step-by-step method for financial services' leaders and managers to build high-trust, high-performance teams.

Bill has proven that producers who implement Values-Based Selling™ make more money, take more time off, get more referrals, gather more assets, and generate more fee income.

Bill lives in San Diego with his wife, Anne, who helped him build his business and was his vital support crew on the training road to the Ironman Triathlon.
