Gregg Baron

Gregg Baron, president and CEO of Success Sciences, is a certified management consultant with extensive experience in the areas of customer loyalty and retention, team development, relationship-driven business development, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Since founding Success Sciences, Gregg has been fortunate to work with a wide variety of organizations on issues related to change and customer retention. A partial list includes Continental Airlines, Motorola, Chase Manhattan Bank, Home Shopping Network, Pioneer, IBM (Europe), Royal Caribbean International, Novell, KPMG, and Arthur Andersen.

His first book, The Idea-A-Day Guide to Super Selling and Customer Service, was published by Dartnell and is now available as a second edition. Gregg has been published in a variety of professional journals on topics such as advanced communication, customer service and sales. He is currently writing a book on Building Better Business RelationshipsTM and is one of fifty contributing authors to the American Marketing Associationís Marketing Encyclopedia: Issues and Trends Shaping the Future published by NTC.

In addition to his writing, Gregg has hosted his own video show, Successful Business Relationships, on a major airline. In 1991 he received an Award of Distinction from the Florida Public Relations Association for the design and implementation of an internal and external communication plan for a major client.
