Kevin Temple is the founder of The Enterprise Selling Group. Previously, Mr. Temple was a co-founder of ValueVision Associates, a leading provider of consultative selling frameworks. Prior to ValueVision Associates, Mr. Temple was Vice President of Sales for Cadence Design Systems, then the world ís largest electronic design automation supplier. While at Cadence, Mr. Temple re-engineered the sales organization, implemented several internal operational re-engineering projects and launched an industry-changing product using the leadership framework that is the forerunner of the Take Charge Program. The results were outstanding -- revenue growth jumped from 6% to 38% annually, while many secondary metrics improved dramatically as well. During his tenure at Cadence, revenues grew from $48 million to over $700 million per year. In all, Kevin Temple has over 20 years of leadership experience including the start up and sale of two companies, and eleven successful personal leadership transitions in large and small companies alike. As a consultant, speaker and writer, Mr. Temple travels around the world to guarantee the returns large organizations have come to expect from seasoned sales leaders.
