Mr. Wacht has 32 years of experience in software design, sales, marketing, distribution and management. His career included thirteen years of merchandising, advertising and retail operations experience before entering the technical sales arena in 1984. Mr. Wacht was a key player in the software design and success of GE Retail Systems and Storis Corporation before founding InContact Systems in 1991. InContact Systems developed InContact, a sales force automation product in 1993 and then via a private accredited investor offering became MentorU in 1999, to focus on using the web to deliver best practices to improve the productivity and performance of individuals and their companies.

Jesse has led MentorU for the last six years to build and perfect its services, infrastructure, management team and business strategy. In 2000, MentorU pioneered web conferences for online content delivery with 40 world-class consultants, authors and speakers who cumulatively, have serviced over 90% of the Fortune 500 (partnered with Placeware). In 2001, MentorU expanded into an online e-learning center provider so companies and associations could develop and add their own content to the needed mix for their team members/employees.

In 2003/4 new multimedia Rapid Self-authoring (in Flash) was developed to solve the cost, time and quality problems of transmitting knowledge from an SME (subject matter expert) directly to the three types of customers that need that information on a just-in-time basis (employees, industry partners, and prospects/customers).

Lastly, in 2004/5 Jesse helped fine-tune the use of a real market-breaker communication asset called Internet Radio to complete a higher impact, more effective and lower cost "Business eBroadcast System" solution. A Business eBroadcast System combines the best features of Internet Radio, Web Conferences, eLearning and an online communications center into a turnkey package/toolset.
