ABOUT THIS PAGE: As we find recurring problems/questions we will be adding to this wizard. How this works is…you are taken to a list of potential problem categories…then when you click on the problem that you are having…it walks you through to determine a solution. This area will provide you information on how to obtain the URL to your site, how to be reminded of your username and passwor, and how to get a special access code (should you company use that feature). You can also learn how to test your browser and verify your plug ins...as well as learn about how to turn off a pop up window disabler product. This page also provides you with information about how and when to report a problem. PLEASE NOTE: Logging in to your PLC and the entering into the support wizard will make more support topics available to you. The purpose of this is to secure some of the more detailed information to those with access to the site only. |
